One of the most beautiful beaches in Galápagos
On the northeast coast of Española, Gardner Bay is a wide crescent of white sand where dozens of sea lions sleep and nurse their pups. The beach is often named among the most beautiful in the archipelago.
Underwater
Around the nearby islets the water is clear and calm, with sea turtles, white-tip reef sharks, stingrays, king angelfish and parrotfish. Young sea lions frequently join snorkelers.
